1. Order Issues and Damaged Items
We work with Printful as our fulfillment partner. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, you can request a replacement or refund by contacting us at shop@onemohrti.me within 30 days of delivery. Please include:
- Photos of the product
- A description of the issue
- Your order number
2. Exchanges and Returns
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please double-check sizes, colors, and designs before placing your order.
3. Lost or Missing Items
If your order is lost in transit, please notify us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with Printful to resolve the issue.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot process returns or refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse (e.g., you no longer want the product)
- Incorrect sizes chosen at checkout
- Shipping delays beyond our control
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
